These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Ai Base Technologies FZE, a Free Zone Establishment – Limited Liability, registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates under License No. 52939, operating MillionNamesHub.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”).
By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or submitting a name through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
1. Nature of Service
MillionNamesHub.com provides a paid digital symbolic listing service. Users may purchase access to submit a name for review and possible publication within the Million Names Hub platform. Approved names may be displayed within a curated public digital archive and may be connected to a certificate and verification page.
The service is digital and symbolic in nature and does NOT constitute:
- Government registration or official civil record
- Citizenship, residency, visa, or legal status
- Trademark, intellectual property, or ownership rights
- Domain name ownership
- Investment product, securities offering, or financial instrument
- Crowdfunding, donation pooling, or fundraising activity
- Legal identity verification or official certification
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted, and be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information when using the platform.
3. Payments & Pricing
All payments made on the platform are service fees for submission processing, moderation, digital listing consideration, and platform usage. Payments are not donations, investments, or financial contributions.
By completing payment, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
- The information provided is accurate and lawful
- You agree to the pricing, fees, and policies displayed at checkout
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit or debit card details on our servers.
4. Submission Review & Service Delivery
After successful payment, submitted names may be reviewed for clarity, duplication, policy compliance, and platform suitability. Review times may vary depending on workload, technical conditions, and moderation requirements.
Payment does not guarantee approval or publication of a submitted name.
Service delivery is generally considered complete once the approved name is published on the platform or once the purchased submission review service has been performed, subject to the applicable Refund Policy.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund requests may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate transaction
- Technical error causing duplicate billing
- Verified system failure preventing proper submission processing
- Other cases where refund is required under applicable UAE law
Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of the service, once a submission has been processed, reviewed, approved, or published, the transaction may be treated as fulfilled and may become non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Use
Users shall not submit names, labels, or related content that:
- Violate UAE law or other applicable laws or regulations
- Promote hate, violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Contain obscene, abusive, or sexually explicit wording
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Impersonate individuals, brands, institutions, or government bodies
- Include sanctioned, restricted, or prohibited entities
- Create misleading claims of official endorsement, authority, or certification
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, unpublish, or remove any submission at our sole discretion where necessary for safety, compliance, moderation, technical integrity, or legal reasons.
7. Duplicate Names & Platform Control
Million Names Hub operates as a platform-based symbolic archive. If a name or substantially similar variation has already been approved and published within the platform, a later identical or confusingly similar submission may be declined.
We retain final discretion over formatting, display logic, moderation, and archive structure within the platform.
8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks. In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide transaction logs, timestamps, IP records, submission data, moderation records, and proof of service activity to payment processors, banks, or relevant authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, design, layout, branding, software, certificates, platform structure, text, graphics, and related materials are the exclusive property of Ai Base Technologies FZE or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, scraping, republication, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the platform, any submission, or any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of all content in all circumstances.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, cyber incidents, internet disruption, payment gateway outages, government actions, sanctions, regulatory changes, or third-party service failures.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not provide services to individuals, entities, organizations, or jurisdictions that are subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions, including OFAC-restricted jurisdictions where applicable.
