This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through MillionNamesHub.com, operated by Ai Base Technologies FZE, a Free Zone Establishment – Limited Liability registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (License No. 52939) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By completing a transaction on the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
1. Nature of Service
MillionNamesHub.com provides a paid digital symbolic name listing service. The service is digital and non-tangible in nature and delivered electronically through the platform.
Once a name submission has been processed and approved for publication within the platform, the service is considered delivered and fulfilled.
2. Order Cancellation
Users may request cancellation only before the submitted name has entered the moderation or review process.
Once a submission has been:
- Reviewed by the system or moderation process
- Approved and published on the platform
- Reserved or recorded within the system database
the order will be considered fulfilled and cancellation will no longer be possible.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment caused by verified technical error
- Payment successfully charged but submission service not processed
- System malfunction preventing listing publication
Refunds will not be granted where:
- The user changes their mind after submission
- Incorrect information was entered by the user
- The submission was rejected due to violation of platform guidelines
- The digital service has already been delivered or completed
4. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway and banking processing timelines.
6. Payment Gateway & Processing Fees
Transaction processing fees charged by payment processors or banks may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
In the event of a dispute, the Company may provide transaction records, system timestamps, IP logs, and proof of service activity to payment processors or financial institutions.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent restriction of platform access.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Policy Updates
We may update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes become effective immediately once published on this page.
